🧬 Immune Defense

Control the body’s last line of defense in this microscopic tower defense game!

About the Game

Immune Defense is a colorful 2D tower defense game where you play as the body’s immune system, protecting it from waves of invading bacteria, viruses and parasites.

You’ll place powerful immune cells like macrophages, neutrophils, and T-cells along the bloodstream to stop infections from spreading.

Gameplay

  • Enemies travel through blood vessels in waves.

  • Place immune cells on strategic locations to destroy them.

  • Each defeated enemy drops Antigens, the game’s currency.

  • Use Antigens to build and upgrade your immune defense.

The game features a bright, cartoon-style visual aesthetic inspired by the microscopic world.

Defensive Cells

🟡 Macrophage

A defensive cell that, when spotting an enemy, bursts in all directions releasing a sticky yellow slime. The slime deals small damage over time, slows enemies down, and pulls smaller ones toward the cell to be instantly consumed.

⚪ Neutrophil

This cell detects nearby enemies and shoots sharp granules toward them. These projectiles deal direct damage on contact.

🟣 T Cell

A long-range defender. Once it spots an enemy, it releases a toxic protein that instantly hits the target and deals heavy damage. Perfect for sniping tougher foes from a distance.

Note

This game was created in 10 days for GameJam 2025, under the theme "Tiny World", so it's still an early prototype.
Currently, it includes only 4 playable levels, with core mechanics in place — but polish, balancing, and additional content are planned in the future.
